The space The entire house has been recently renovated in a way not to lose the character of the original cottage, which included wall papering the ceiling to give it a pressed tin look and timber wall panels.

The kitchen is Tassie Oak with glass lead light top cupboards, consist of large fridge freezer, new stove and all the small bench items you will need.

Some long hrs went into the bathroom reno making it the stand out room of the cottage with the star of the show being a black claw foot bath with gold feet, there???s a spacious shower area and some beautiful local blackwood timber used throughout. Continuous gas HWS so enough hot water for everyone.

Master bedroom is upstairs and consists of a Queen Bed and King Single with a semi en-suite with a new toilet and vanity (shower coming soon). The views from this room are spectacular and cosy warm when the fire is on downstairs so don???t be afraid of the winter.

The downstairs bedroom opens out onto the deck and consists of a Queen Bed and 2 King Singles. There is a large TV in this room making it perfect for the kids to hang out at night while the parents are having a night cap by the fire. A new heat pump has just been installed to keep this large space at a comfortable temperature.

There is a Family Q weber outside by the deck which has great views and not another house in site.

Not forgetting the bikes, there is plenty of storage for bikes and gear in the entrance area which has a bike maintenance stand, track pump and basic tools. There is a bike wash station in the car parking area.
